The Three Angels – Breaking the Illusion of Religion (Revelation 14:6–13) In Revelation 14:6–13, three angels proclaim heaven’s final wake-up call, exposing the illusion of false religion and worldly security. The first angel declares the eternal gospel, calling all nations to turn from idols and worship the Creator before judgment falls. The second angel announces the fall of Babylon — the seductive, corrupt system that has led the world astray. The third angel gives a terrifying warning: those who align with the beast will face God's full wrath, with no rest or escape. Yet amid this judgment, God calls His saints to endure in faith and obedience, refusing to compromise. Finally, a heavenly voice offers a promise of rest to those who die in the Lord — their faithfulness will not be forgotten. This passage tears down religious façades and calls us to real allegiance: not to institutions or comfort, but to Christ alone, who still warns in love before He judges in righteousness.
